Nothing to do, all day to do it
So far day one has been positively hectic. I attended the Welcome Meeting and have booked and paid for a selection of excursions, including a trip into the Sahara which spends a night in a bivouac. Hope it has running water.
Then I got roped into an Arabic lesson. I think I must be up to about 6 usable phrases now with all my travels.
And lunch. There is a serious risk of me having to pay excess baggage on my stomach. The food is truly excellent!
Now I’m lounging around, moving from sunbed to sunbed to stay in the sunshine. It’s quite cool in the shade still but nicely roasting in the sun.
I still feel a bit Yukky. The headache has been trying to make a comeback all day. I suspect it’s still the fallout from the stuff the doctor did 3 weeks ago, and things still settling down. So being fairly gentle with myself today.
So on that note I’m going to lie back down. This will be posted later when I get back in WiFi range.
